IMI Life Learning Center

IDS and CSMI partnered with Israel Manor Inc. and the Israel Baptist Church to develop this 43,000 sq. ft. health and wellness center featuring a full service clinic operated by Unity Health and a gymnasium and health facility operated by IMI.

The financing is through NMTC, tax exempt bonds, CDBG funding from DHCD and private financing from NCB Capital Impact. Construction commenced in the winter of 2014 and was completed in the summer of 2015.
