Community College Preparatory Academy

The project involves the new construction of a 41,000 sq. ft. facility which will house the school’s current enrollment of 600 students with room for expansion to 1200 students.

The project costs total approximately $26 million. These costs are financed through a New Markets Tax Credit structure. That structure provides for $6 million of the costs to be provided by tax credits with the balance provided by debt from CityFirst Bank and from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.
